Head Coach, Karen Kart
Coach Kart will enter her 10th season at Our Lady of Good Counsel with a record of 129-33. She has over 17 years of coaching girls volleyball and 5 years coaching boys volleyball as well. She is also involved in local volleyball clubs in the DC Metro area. Under Coach Kart the program has earned an AVCA Team Academic Award for 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008.
Coach Kart has accreditations as an ATC and a CSCS.
Coach Kanasha Trent - Junior Varisty Coach

Coach Trent will be entering her 2nd season as Junior Varsity Coach. She played collegiately and has coached at the club and high school level.
Coach Mikesell will be entering his 16th season at Our Lady of Good Counsel. He has extensive knowledge of coaching High School and Club volleyball.
